Thank you for coming to this page. There are many opportunities to volunteer during this event. We have 26,000 Roatarians visiting from all over the world and we want them to have special memories of their visit to Birmingham and the 100th Rotary International Convention.

Please note that all volunteers who go to the NEC will need to be registered with the convention as a delegate and no discounts are available. This is Rotary International policy for every convention.

Volunteer as a guide/helper/other duties during and before the Convention

We need hundreds of volunteers to help make this Convention a great RIBI and International success. We need guides in Birmingham and around the NEC, we need helpers, advisors, people to do jobs, stuff envelopes to raising flags and putting up signage.

There are jobs and tasks of every size, duration and location. Send us your details and we’ll make sure you’re included in this fun and rewarding way of volunteering.

Volunteer for the Host Hospitality Night – as an individual Rotarian or as a club

Be a part of the Host hospitality evening. We are anticipate an estimated 8,000 Rotarians will apply to take part in the evening’s programme; the number one reason Rotarians give for attending a Convention.

You and your Rotary Club have the opportunity to build lasting friendships around the world and give lifetime lasting memories for Rotarians attending the Convention.

If you and your Club have ever taken part in an event away from your Club Headquarters in your member’s homes or in a facility in your community or further away you already know how to make an evening memorable to Rotarians and their partners from around the world.

The Host Hospitality Evening is being organised by the following Rotary Districts: 1060, 1070, 1100, 1210, 1220. If you are in one of these Districts and would like to take part all you have to do is talk to your Club President or your Club Convention Coordinator or, if you are still in doubt contact your District Coordinator listed below:
